Hoselton Support Team
In case you're just getting to know us, the only thing that unifies the Hoselton Group as much as our philosophy of quality and service, is our unbreakable bond with the furry friends who constantly stand by us. We believe that the companionship and satisfaction animals bring to our lives on a daily basis is as much a part of a healthy existence as the environmentally responsible and sustainable services we deliver as a company.
Because of this, we'd like to introduce you to a few key members of our "integrated" team. As friends and clients of the Hoselton Group, you should not only expect to witness these faces working right along side us but be privy to our ongoing efforts supporting the greater cause of animal welfare & adoption.

Sophi:
Hi, my name is Sophi, that would be short for "Sophisticated". I am 10 lbs of Shih Tzu energy, they sometimes call me the energizer bunny but I'm not sure exactly what they mean by that. I have two brothers and one sister that I love very much. My favorite thing to do is eat, my second thing that I love is wrestling with my brother Rudy — he's 23 lbs but he has nothing over me. Mom and Dad adopted me from a wonderful rescue shelter when I was only 7 months old. I was sorry to leave my other friends but anxious to go to my "forever home". I'm now 17 months old and rule the roost — you know what they say, good things come in small packages!

Augie:
After a long happy life at Jim and Nita's poodle palace, Augie now resides happily on the other side of Rainbow Bridge. He leaves a legacy that will be near impossible for his pack to top.

Stella:
9 year old Pekinese rescued by Nita & Jim in July of 2005. In spite of her challenges that include; an under-bite absent a few teeth, a crooked nose and having only one eye, this little princess demands and receives the respect a "cover girl beauty" would get ( we have not told her she is a mess...) Stoic, opinioned and a bit reticent, given her abused past, Stella is a loving creature that just wants to be held.

Rocky:
4 year old Bichon / Poodle, rescued in 2004 by Nita & Jim. He has never seen a meal or a lap he did not like. This nimble little cuddler is a nap specialist and is the perfect antidote to a hectic day.

 |
Rudy:
3-4 year old Cocker- Poodle mix rescued Thanksgiving Day 2005, Nita & Jim got this little guy from the Chicago Anti-Cruelty Society. We don't know his past — he was thin but clearly loved by someone. He is all dog...loves mud, snow and enthusiastically chases squirrels.

 |
Bella:
2 year old Yellow Labrador that belongs to Jim's daughters. She is the classic, fleshy, wiggly, tail-wagging, slobbery mess that you can't help but hug. She is an accomplished ball-fetcher and rabbit chaser.

 |
Sadie:
2 Year old Labradoodle (Lab-Poodle mix) belongs to Chris & Barb Domina. As illustrated in this photo Sadie sits in the window protecting the office from any man or women in uniform. No UPS delivery goes unannounced.

Nala:
6 year old Shepherd / Chow mix, rescued in November 2009 by Ruth Janis. Nala has been adopted and returned to the shelter several times since she was found as a stray in 2007. She is a calm, sweet, snow-loving dog that feels her best around people. She comes to work every day and doesn’t even require a paycheck! Nala is slowly becoming more comfortable with her surroundings and finding out how fun it can be to be a dog.

Greta:
Greta comes to us through a recent adoption. She is a 3 year old American Bulldog that came from a loving home that just could not keep her any longer.
Frequently confused with a Pit Bull, the American Bulldog brings a much more docile and athletic breeding line. They are fun loving, loyal and originally bred for hunting and herding. Greta has incredible endurance and has quickly become Jim’s running partner, co-pilot & full time office companion.

If you are considering a companion dog, please consider adoption. We can say from experience, there are wonderful animals just waiting for the perfect home!
We support Peke-a-Tzu Rescue and help senior and special needs dogs that have been abandoned, or in medical need, that without help would be euthanized. Click the following link to see some of the most adorable small breeds waiting for their "forever" home! www.pekeatzurescue.com
